This is the summary of my master degree research in Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins. The focus of this research is decent work for all, which is the theme of the Sustainable Development Goal 8. The project is a result of immersive field research and semi structured in-depth interviews with sustainable development and responsible business leaders in the garment sector. I conducted it in Yangon, Myanmar in early 2018. We explored how through human centred approach and collaboration, global production networks can become areas where innovation opportunities are bringing benefits in human rights dimension.
